Most of you probably have not driven an electric car yet. That is why we will present you the differences compared to a classic car.
👂 Silence in city traffic. Moving at speeds of up to 70 km / h, only slight tire noise is heard. No matter how hard you press the accelerator pedal, it will not affect the silence in the car. Interestingly, up to a speed of 25 km / h, for the safety of passers-by, the car emits a characteristic 'cosmic sound' outside.
🏎 Acceleration. Electric cars give the driver a completely different driving experience. The maximum torque is available at any time, it is not weakened by changing the gear ratio. This means smooth continuous acceleration, as if we were riding 'on an infinitely long one' 😀 You have the impression of riding a toy. We just press the gas and feel it squeeze us into the armchair. The impression is compounded by the fact that we also release the accelerator - simply by letting go of it and regaining energy. A skilled driver may limit the use of the brake only to sudden traffic situations.
🔋 Range. Switching to ECO mode and applying the principles of economical driving, we can travel up to 300 km. However, if we 'play with the car' and drive dynamic or maximum speeds - the range may fall below 200 km.
🔌 Landing. ZOE is rented with a charging cable from an ordinary socket. If you drive no more than 100-150 km a day, connecting the car to the socket after returning from work will provide you with 100% energy for the next day 😀
Several fast chargers have already appeared in Bialystok: Alex, Decathlon, Auchan, UMWP at Poleska (?) And at some car dealerships.
However, it seems to us that a house or garage will always be the basic source of energy for our own car.
With this article, we would not like to open another discussion on the future of electric cars, the number of chargers on the route Bialystok - Warsaw, sources of electricity production in Poland, etc ...
We simply encourage you to rent a car for at least one day and find out what the motorization will look like in a dozen or so decades. Because this is probably inevitable.
We've included Renault ZOE in the MONTH OFFER promotion, which means you can rent them at a discounted price in November. You can check the details on the main page using our form 'Choose a car and calculate the cost of renting'.
Thank you @Wiktoria Tiszko (

We bought the car at the Motozbyt Renault and Dacia dealership in Białystok.
